Then, filling the gentlemen’s clubs with employees was the most difficult part but also the most fun. I hired managers who cast auditions for female strippers every day of the week. I usually showed up to the weekend auditions because it seems that’s when the most experienced female strippers come to apply for work. This works great for marketing because then I can hold an amateur striptease night writing discount ticket prices and drinks while I am able to sample the girl’s talent and see if they have what it takes to work inside of my gentlemen’s club chain.
I’m very picky with the female strippers that work for me, so if you are interested in becoming an elite exotic dancer, I suggest working for an online stripping agency first.
